Welcome to Claire Burrows PT

Hi and welcome to my website.

My name is Claire Burrows and I’m a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, REPS Number – R0100518.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science Degree which I studied at Nottingham Trent University.

Along side that I did a course through College which was a BTEC National Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science.

Having worked in the leisure industry for the last 9 years I’d like to think that I’ve learnt a lot regarding the leisure industry as a whole, but also learned techniques from others regarding Personal Training.

I’m based in Mansfield and offer Local Home Based Personal Training aswell as Exercise classes. All of our services are covered in the services page.

I have played football for many years, including being picked for both the College academy and also the University 1st team and have taken part in Varsity games against the rival Nottingham University as Well as playing football for Mansfield Town Ladies F.C every sunday.
