I have been involved in the Health/Fitness industry for the last 9 years. The best thing about all the roles that I have undertaken from Leisure Assistant to Club Manager has been seeing individuals achieving the results their efforts deserved. Nothing makes me more proud than sharing that celebration with a client when the Goal has been reached. 

 

Using my experience and knowledge, please see below for the range of services offered and decided which is the best approach for you: 

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personal Training is exactly that... 1-to-1 training sessions where the complete focus is helping you towards your goal. My role as Trainer is to show and help you execute the techniques required. Also included in the sessions is constant 24/7 support and motivation via social media/email. 

 

The beauty of Mobile Personal Training and Home based sessions is that the sessions are done in the comfort of your own home. away from the patronising and intimmidating gym environment. 

 

Your first session is all about a personalised approach and finding out about YOU!

What you want to achieve? When by?  

 

Also through out the process, you can expect: 

-Nutrition Plan to aid your goal

-Fitness Plan showing the exact techniques for the exercises needed.

-Weekly Weigh-Ins

-BMI (Body Mass Index)

-BMR (Basel metabolic Rate) Just how many calories should you be eatong for your body type? 

-Body Fat % 

 

These are usually done on the 1st, 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th Session (for an example 12 session package) to show progress and the guarenteed results.

           ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

With people's ever increasing busy lifestyles, sometimes fitting in scheduled Personal Training sessions can be rather hetic. With our Online Personal Training service, you can have a Fitness Session sent to you by Email to undertake in your own free time with helpful videos and teaching points highlighted to help guide you.

 

Also with the 24/7 support via social media and email, its almost like your Trainer is in the room with you. 

 

The exact same aspects as regular Personal Training mentioned above. 

 

If time constraints are also a struggle for you, Personal Training Plans/Nutrition and Diet plans can be brought from ourselves directly by a PayPal payment. Just contact claireburrowspt@gmail.com for more information. 

 

If you have a competition/event you are aiming for, our One-Off training programmes are perfect for ensuring results in a short space of time.

 

 

           GROUP TRAINING

 

If you are a person whom likes to exercise with Friends and you all have a similar goal, then our Group Exercise package is perfect for you. 

 

With the ability to train with your friends whilst recieving expert tutition, you can all get the results you desire whilst motivating each other. From groups of 2-6, sessions can be tailored for each one of you and also it can work out cheaper for friends to put their money together. 

 

           EXERCISE CLASSES

 

One area that Claire Burrows PT is looking to expand more into is the Exercise Class Market within the Mansfield and local Area. 

 

We have just established our 'Keep Fit Circuits' at the Pheonix Suite at Rainworth Village Hall every Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm.

 

The classes cost just £5 per class with discounts available for Block bookings. Again please contact claireburrowspt@gmail.com for further informationa and one of our team will quickly respond to your query. 

 

We are currently looking at Venues locally to then put other classes on like:

  • Core Conditoning

  • Pump and Tone

  • Step and Tone

  • Group Cycle

  • Legs, Bums & Tums

  • Young at Heart (50+)

  • Boxercise
